Production Manager

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience managing personel in a production environment.

Electronic production experience is a definite advantage.

This position requires a flexible personaility, production requirements rapidly change to meet customers requirements.

Must be a highly motivated personality.

Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

BSEE essential, MSEE preferred, minimum of 10 years experience.

Experience with design, testing and troubleshooting of micro-controller based embedded systems, analog and digital circuits is a requirement. If you also have knowledge of circuit layout and ANSI C you go to the top of the list. Solid all round experience is preferable to specialization in one of these areas.

This position will require expertise in the following areas:

• Project planning
• Generation of system requirements documents based on required product performance and functions
• Analog and digital circuit design, including embedded micro-controllers
• PC Board layout
• Programming of microcontroller using ANSI C & Assembly
• Debugging in mixed language environment
• Working with vendors
• Design verification
• Establishing production test requirements and procedures
• Production support

BSEE and 2-5 years experience with 3D modeling and design is absolutely essential.

You will be involved in projects from concept to production, including:

• evaluation of concepts
• feasibility study
• working with potential vendors
• 3D modeling
• stress / thermal analysis where needed
• generation of detailed manufacturing drawings (including geometrical tolerancing)
• approval of first article components from vendors
• prototype assembly and test
• design verification
• working with users to evaluate the product
• education of production staff and assistance with writing of production procedures for the product
• production support

BSEE essential, MSEE preferred, minimum of 10 years experience

• You will be involved in projects from concept to production, including:
• evaluation of concepts
• feasibility study
• system design
design of system algorithms
• programming of embedded systems in ANSI C
• programming of applications using Visual Studio

Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience

Position requires 5 years experience and involves:

• board diagnosis and repair to component level
• prototype manufacture and testing
• use of general purpose test equipment
• ability to read schematics for analog and digital circuits

Associate degree or equivalent military training is required.
 

Position involves general electronic and mechanical assembly, soldering. Must have 5 years experience, good work ethics, attention to detail, and be self motivated.
