Transit times depend on your location and vary widely.

Freight costs are based on weight (including dimensional weight).

Responsibility for delivery of packages belongs solely to the courier [UPS, U.S. Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, DHL, etc). Alti-2 cannot be held responsible for shipments that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or otherwise inconvenienced in transit. 

Tracking numbers, if available, can be obtained by e-mailing us.

We are not responsible for delays and/or losses incurred in shipping.

All customs, import duties, taxes, and/or other fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

Within the continental United States and Alaska

Standard: UPS Ground
All orders, repairs, and other shipments to any of the 48 contiguous states & Alaska will ship via UPS Ground. Click here for a general map of transit times from our factory in DeLand, FL - note that this map is subject to change and is only a rough guide. Actual transit times may vary.

Optional: UPS 3-Day, UPS 2-Day, UPS Overnight
You may choose faster shipping at your expense. Contact us for a quote.

Optional: FedEx, DHL or Other
We will ship via FedEx, DHL, or other courier using your shipping account. Be sure to give us detailed courier and account information.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All customs declarations are for the full value of the shipment. Do NOT ask us to declare your order under its full value; we will NEVER do so, under any circumstance.

 

Standard shipping under $400: USPS Airmail Parcel Post
All shipments valued less than $399 are shipped via USPS Airmail Parcel Post. Quoted delivery time is 4-10 days, but customs can (and has) taken considerably longer.

There is no tracking information available with this option.

Standard shipping over $400: UPS Worldwide
Shipments valued at $400 or more are shipped via UPS.

Optional: USPS Global Express Mail
You may choose to have your shipment shipped via USPS Global Express Mail. This option is less expensive, slower, and less reliable than UPS services.

USPS provides limited tracking with this option: contact us to obtain your tracking number.
