Neptune 2 has all the features of Neptune plus

- 8 selectable alarm groups
- Alarms can be set to be freefall alarms or canopy alarms
- Use NMU create your own alarm names (up to 32 names)
- Alarm tones can be changed using the NMU (Neptune Maintenance Utility)
- Canopy alarms will warn you as you approach the alarm altitude
- Canopy alarms can be set to “loud” (i.e. freefall level) for those who want to hear canopy alarms from their wrist
- Log
- 200 detailed profiles (up from 10) and 2500 summary logs (up from 200)
- Jump number is now “attached” to the jump record
- You can delete any jump number (not just the last one)
- Log includes DZ name (use NMU to create your own DZ names – up to 32 names)
- Log includes aircraft type (use NMU to create your own Aircraft names – up to 32 names)
- Time under canopy is logged as well as freefall time
- Jump odometer that you can zero
